Bowling da tavolo 3.0

Ecco la terza versione del mio progetto del bowling da tavolo,

PIÙ SEMPLICE da costruire,

PIÙ SPETTACOLARE nel funzionamento.

Di tutti i meccanismi fin qui realizzati, ritroviamo la medesima struttura portante, pensata per l'alloggiamento nell'apposita pista. Rispetto al gioco su un piano qualsiasi, la pista rende più coinvolgente ogni partita, grazie alla rampa di ritorno della biglia e all'illuminazione a led.

La prima versione si basa su un argano a pulegge (abbinato a pesi da pesca per mantenere i fili in tensione); la seconda sfrutta un ingranaggio a cremagliera per il trascinamento dei fili.

La versione 3.0 avvolge i fili attorno a un grande rullo, il cui aspetto assomiglia in parte a una ruota panoramica, e in parte a una mietitrebbia.

Sul retro, è sempre montato il contenitore per le biglie, che offre supporto alla rampa di lancio per effettuare i tiri.

Per poter effettuare il secondo tiro, è possibile trattenere sospesi i birilli caduti nel primo tentativo, bloccando i fili con le apposite palette numerate, esattamente come avviene nel progetto 2.0.

Il rivestimento morbido della parete di fondo ammortizza l'impatto con la biglia, fungendo da silenziatore. Se il gioco avviene su un tavolo e non sulla pista, manca la fossa di recupero per la biglia, che così rimbalza e torna indietro, rischiando di abbattere altri birilli.

Nella versione 3.0 compare la novità della "trappola", che imprigiona la biglia in seguito al rimbalzo.

We find the same bearing structure of the previous versions, that’s suitable for the specific lane.

When compared to playing on whatever flat surface, the lane makes every game more engaging, thanks to the ball return device and the led lighting.

The first version features a pulley winch (along with fishing weights to keep the tension of strings); the second one uses a gear rack mechanism to pull the strings.

Version 3.0 wraps the strings around a large roll, which almost reminds the look of a ferris wheel or a harvester.

On the rear, there’s always the ball container, which works as a support for the throw ramp as well.

To make the second shot, it’s possible to hold the fallen pins after the first attempt, by locking the strings with the number palettes, same as project 2.0.

The soft pad of the end edge dampens the strike of the ball and makes it more silent. In case of playing on a table instead of the lane, there's no pit for ball recovering, therefore it rebounds backwards with the risk of hitting further pins.

Version 3.0 features the new "trap" system, that blocks the ball after the rebound.
